Meet Our Leadership Team

Gigi is qualified by over 33 years of experience in all sectors of real estate, business brokerage and consulting, banking and finance industries, with an emphasis in sales and management. Her real estate career started while still in college, working for Chase Federal Bank (one of South Florida's first and oldest Savings and Loan) in the Real Estate and Facilities Management Department. She was an integral part of the transition team when NationsBank (NKA Bank of America) acquired Chase Federal, as well as part of Mergers and Acquisitions, accountable for the sales and management of approximately 2MM square feet of property and multi-million dollar transactions.

She continued her career at real estate companies such as Lincoln Property Company and Healthcare Realty Services, prior to opening up her own firm in 2001. Since then, she continues to serve clients in the Business Brokerage, Industrial, Commercial and Land Sales & Leasing, as well as the Luxury Residential sectors — always emphasizing professionalism, integrity, and the benefit of experience by giving her clients the very best in customer service. She considers herself a "partner" with all her clients, viewing her own success in the success of those she assists.

Gigi is a wife and mother of two young adults. She has been actively involved for over 35 years in various ministries and community service organizations including Samantha's Purpose – Cerebral Palsy Awareness/Charitable Organization; Miami Children's Health Foundation (Nicklaus Children's Hospital), President's Cabinet; Kairos Prison Ministries; and her children's school parent associations. She is also the Co-Founder of South Florida Women's Group, empowering women in business and in their personal lives, to strive for joy, peace, and fulfillment.

Alejandra has been instrumental in taking GlobalVest to the next level. Our firm's recent growth can be attributed to her knowledge of graphic design and copywriting, making all of our marketing products stand out in the crowd. She has extensive experience in copywriting and editing in various large publications over the last few years. In addition, she keeps our office and other staff organized, scheduled, and on task. Aside from working with GlobalVest, Ale is the Administrative Coordinator/Manager of a large physical therapy practice.

She loves to read, write, and give back to her community in her free time.
